Privacy Policy
At Lanco we recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and are committed to processing it reasonably and in compliance with applicable law. We want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy tells you:
1. Purpose:
This privacy policy describes how we at The Lanco Group of Companies (“LANCO”) may collect, use, and share information about you that we obtain from you or through www.thelancogroup.com and all other websites and applications that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).
2. Scope:
This policy applies to all “Personal information”, which includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a resident or a household. Personal information does not include publicly available information that is lawfully available to the public. “Sensitive personal information” is personal information that is not publicly available and reveals certain specifically protected categories of information for a resident or household.
This Policy does not apply to websites of third parties to which we provide links. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of other entities, and we urge you to review any applicable third-party privacy policies for yourself.
We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. While an IP address may reveal your ISP or geographic area, we cannot determine your identity solely based upon your IP address.
However, if you contact us using an online form or consent to receive marketing emails, your IP address, site interactions, and marketing interaction or purchase history may be combined and associated with the personal information you provide, including any contact information that you provide.

While, many websites and applications, including our Sites, at this time do not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, such as “do not track” instructions, you can generally express your privacy preferences regarding the use of most cookies and similar technologies through your web browser. Look under the heading “tools” (or similar heading) in your particular browser for information about controlling cookies. In most instances, you can choose to have your browser warn you each time a cookie is being sent, giving you the option to decide whether to accept it or not. You can also generally set your browser to turn off cookies. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of the features on the Site may not function properly. You can also delete cookies already on your device via the settings of your web browser. To learn more about cookies please visit https://www.allaboutcookies.org/.
